Pet Policy
We love pets and recognize family's need a place for their pet too. We are negotiable when it comes to pets. Extra deposit or $/month based on size.
Flexible Leasing Options
New tenants, we require a 1 year lease. After the first lease, we can negotiate to another lease shorter or longer time.

- Require all names of people living in house
- Background and Credit Check Required
Professional Tenant Screening
The city of Bloomington requires all tenants be screened. We subscribe to a 3rd party company. We do not see detail and/or personal details but get back a A, B, C rating.
